How to Invite Team Members
The Invite Team Members screen gives you three ways to bring someone onto your team: a shareable link, a QR code, or a 6‑character code. The link and QR code are the fastest—your team member joins in one tap, with no code to type. The 6‑character code still works as a backup.
Step 1: Open the More tab
Open the ShiftFlow app and tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Open Invite
Option A: From the More tab
On the More screen, tap Invite More Members… under Team Management.
Option B: From Team Members
On the More screen, tap Team Members & Pay Rates.
At the bottom of the list, tap Invite More Members…

Step 3: Share the invite
The Invite Team Members screen shows all three options at once. Pick whichever is easiest for the person you’re inviting.
Option A: Send the invite link (recommended)
Tap Share link to send it through SMS, email, or your team’s chat app—or tap the link itself to copy it. When your team member opens the link, ShiftFlow launches and adds them to your team automatically, so there’s no code to enter.

Option B: Show a QR code
When the person is with you in person, have them open their phone’s camera and point it at the QR code. It opens the same invite on their phone—no typing needed.

Option C: Share the 6‑character code
If a link or QR code won’t work, share the 6‑character code instead. Your team member types it in when they join. Tap the code to copy it.

Step 4: How team members join
The easy way: When you share the link or QR code, your team member just taps the link or scans the code. ShiftFlow opens—installing from the app store first if they don’t have it yet—and adds them to your team automatically.
With the 6‑character code: If you shared the code instead, they enter it by hand:
- On the usage selection screen, tap Join an Existing Team.

Notes
- The link and QR code point to the same invite, so pick whichever is simpler to share.
- Invites expire after 14 days. Reopen the screen any time to get a fresh link, QR code, and code.
- Sharing the link in a group chat is the fastest way to invite several people at once.
