How Managers Review Schedule Requests
Managers usually review claim and release requests from Request Center on the home screen. Approving or rejecting a request updates the request status and keeps the schedule moving without direct edits from team members.
Step 1: Open Request Center on the home screen
On the home screen, find Request Center and tap Schedule. This is the main place managers go to review pending schedule requests across the team.

Step 2: Choose the request queue
Tap Claim or Release depending on which request type you need to review. Each queue shows requests of that type across schedules.

Step 3: Review pending requests
The request list shows the requester, shift details, status, and any note they added. Review the request, then tap Approve or Reject.

Notes
- The same review flow works for both Claim and Release queues.
- Review the shift details before approving so coverage still makes sense after the change.
- Rejected requests stay in history so managers can track what was requested and what was declined.
- You can also open an individual schedule and tap Requests from the schedule details screen when you want to review requests for that one shift only.
