How to Add Shift Notes
Time Clock
Shift notes keep the whole team aligned on what happened during a job. Use the More Actions menu while a team member is clocked in to jot down context before it falls through the cracks.
Step 1: Open More Actions
From the clocked-in screen, tap More Actions under the shift timer to open the overflow controls.
Step 2: Choose Add Notes
The More Actions sheet lists shortcuts for extra shift details. Tap Add Notes to open the note field.
Configure Options…
Adjust Shift Start Time
Add Mileage
Add Tip
Add Expenses
Add Notes
Step 3: Write the note and save it
Type the reminder or follow-up in the note field, then tap Add to attach it to the running shift.
