How to Change Account Time Zone

ShiftFlow automatically sets your account time zone when you sign up. Make sure it matches your business’s primary operating region. It governs pay periods, overtime rules, and schedule timing for the team.
Step 1: Open the More tab
Open the ShiftFlow mobile app and tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Go to Account Settings
On the More screen, tap Account Settings.
Step 3: Open Time Zone
Within Account Settings, tap Time Zone.

Step 4: Choose your time zone
Scroll or search for your region, then select the matching time zone to confirm the change.

- Changing the account time zone updates pay period cutoffs, overtime calculations, and schedule timing for the entire team.
- Individual team members still see times based on their device settings; this choice doesn’t override personal preferences.
