Duration format controls how time totals appear in reports and timesheets on your device.

Step 1: Open the More tab

Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Open App Preferences

On the More screen, scroll below the personal shortcuts and tap App Preferences.

Step 3: Open Duration Format

Tap Duration Format.

Step 4: Choose the format you prefer

Pick Hours & minutes for values like 8h 30m, or Decimal hours for values like 8.5h.

Note

This only changes how durations are displayed on your device. It does not change payroll calculations.
