How to Create and Publish a Schedule

Use Team Scheduler to build the week’s schedule before you publish it. Open it from the home screen, save draft shifts first, and publish the finished week when it is ready.

Step 1: Open Schedule from the home screen

On the home screen, tap Schedule to open Team Scheduler.

Step 2: Review the week you want to plan

The scheduler opens to the current week. Move to the week you want if needed, then review the board before adding shifts.

Step 3: Tap the create button

Tap the + button to add a new schedule entry.

Step 4: Fill out the schedule details

Choose the date and time, assignment, job code, and location, then tap Save to add the shift to the schedule.

Bring the exterior equipment cart.

Step 5: Review the board

Saved schedule entries appear on the scheduler board so you can check coverage before sharing the week.

Step 6: Publish the schedule

When the week is ready, tap Publish.

If you need a printable copy for the office or job site, use Printable Schedule from the scheduler.

Notes

  • You can create open shifts by leaving the assignment as an open opening instead of assigning a specific person.
  • Publishing makes the schedule visible to the people who are allowed to view it.
