How to Deactivate or Reactivate a Team Member

When someone leaves or takes an extended break, deactivate them instead of deleting them. Deactivating revokes their access but keeps all of their shifts, hours, and history, so your past reports stay accurate. You can reactivate them anytime they return.

Step 1: Open the More tab

Open the ShiftFlow app and tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Open Team Members

On the More screen, tap Team Members & Pay Rates.

Notes

  • The account Owner can’t be deactivated.
  • Deactivating never deletes data. Reactivate at any time and their history is still there.
