How to Delete My Account

At ShiftFlow, we respect your choices and understand that you may need to delete your account.

Step 1: Navigate to the More tab

Open the mobile app and tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Access your profile

On the More screen, tap the profile icon in the top-right corner to open your profile page.

Step 3: Delete your account

Tap the menu icon (…) in the top-right corner, then select Delete My Account from the dropdown menu.

Follow the prompts in the app to confirm your decision. Read the warnings carefully—once the deletion is complete, this action cannot be undone.

Important Notes

  • Permanent action: Deleting your ShiftFlow account is irreversible and removes your access to all associated data. Make sure you’ve already exported any time entries and reports you need before proceeding.

  • Data retention and erasure: When you delete your account, we immediately remove your personal data from our active systems. However, some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, and employment records) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

  • Right to erasure (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to request complete erasure of your personal data under GDPR Article 17. Once our legal retention periods expire, or if you request erasure for data not subject to legal retention, we will permanently delete your information.
