How to Enable and Use Team Chat
Team Chat keeps work conversations in the same account as schedules and time tracking. A Manager must enable it before the Chat tab appears for the team.
For Managers: enable Team Chat
Tap More → Account Settings, then open Team Chat.
Account Settings
Turn on Enable Team Chat, then tap Save.
Team Chat
The Chat tab becomes available to account members after the setting is saved. If it does not appear immediately, leave Account Settings and reopen the app navigation.
Start a direct conversation
Open Chat and tap the new-chat icon. Search for or select a team member to start a one-to-one conversation.

New Chat
Existing conversations remain in the Chat list with their latest message and unread count.
Create a group conversation
From New Chat, tap Create a Group, select the members, enter the group details, and finish creating the conversation.
New Chat
Use a group when the same update applies to several team members. Use a direct conversation for account or shift details that should not be shared with a larger group.
Send a message or attachment
Enter a message and tap the send icon. To share a photo or file, tap the attachment icon and choose an available source on the device.

The device may ask for photo or file access the first time. If an upload fails, confirm the connection and file permission, then try again.
Manage a group conversation
Open the conversation and tap the information icon. Group information provides access to members, Mute Group, pinned messages, shared photos and videos, and files.

Group Info
Muting a group changes notifications for your device; it does not leave or delete the conversation. Account access rules still determine which team members can appear when starting a chat.
