Shift bonuses help you reward standout performance without waiting for payroll adjustments. Enable the Bonus field so managers can apply the amount each time it applies.

Step 1: Open the More tab

Open the ShiftFlow app and tap More on the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Open Extra Shift Info

From the Time Clock section, tap Extra Shift Info to manage shift-level add-ons.

Step 3: Enable bonuses

Switch on the Bonus toggle. The amount is entered manually whenever you award a bonus, giving you flexibility without enforcing a fixed rate.

With Bonus enabled, managers and account owners can add the bonus amount to each shift before it flows to timesheets and exports.
