Tip tracking keeps gratuities visible on timesheets and payroll exports. Turn it on so team members can enter the amount they collected with each shift.

Step 1: Open the More tab

Open the ShiftFlow mobile app and tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Open Extra Shift Info

In the Time Clock section of the More menu, choose Extra Shift Info.

Step 3: Enable tip tracking

Turn on the Tip toggle. Team members enter the actual tip total when they end a shift, so no rate configuration is required.

Once the toggle is on, new shifts display a Tip field and timesheets surface the recorded amount for exports.
