How to Review Team Attendance
Attendance compares published scheduled shifts with actual time clock records. It is different from Timesheets: Timesheets show worked time, while Attendance explains whether scheduled work started and ended as expected.
Step 1: Open Attendance Status
Open Reports → Attendance Status, then choose the date range you want to review.

Step 2: Read the overview
The overview includes:
- On Time: the scheduled shift started within the allowed attendance threshold.
- Late Arrival: clock-in occurred after the scheduled start.
- Early Departure: clock-out occurred before the scheduled end.
- No Show: no matching worked shift was recorded for the schedule.
- Claimed and Released: open or assigned scheduled shifts changed through request workflows.

When the report is empty or unexpected
- Attendance rate requires published scheduled shifts; unscheduled worked time appears in Timesheets but cannot produce an on-time comparison.
- Confirm the schedule was published before the shift started.
- Check that the actual shift belongs to the correct team member and date.
- Use Go to Scheduler to correct future schedules, and edit the timesheet only when the recorded punch itself is wrong.
