How to Set Up Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode turns a shared tablet into a team clock. Team members pick their name, verify, and then use the shared device to clock in or out.

Step 1: Open Kiosk Mode from the home screen

On the home screen, tap Kiosk Mode to reach the confirmation screen.

Step 2: Confirm the shared-tablet setup

Read the confirmation message and tap Confirm. Kiosk Mode only activates on a tablet, so if you open this page on a phone ShiftFlow tells you to move to a tablet first.

Step 3: Choose the team member

On the kiosk home screen, tap the team member who is about to clock in or out.

Step 4: Find the team member’s kiosk PIN

The team member can open More on their own phone and check the Time Clock Kiosk PIN card before they use the shared tablet.

Step 5: Verify the team member

ShiftFlow then asks the team member to verify. If your setup uses a PIN, enter it here.

Step 6: Use the shared time clock

After verification, ShiftFlow opens the shared time clock for that team member.

Notes

• Kiosk Mode is designed for shared devices, so it replaces normal app navigation until you exit kiosk mode.
• Team members should have their kiosk verification details set up before you use the shared device in production.
