Holiday Pay automatically applies premium pay when team members work on qualifying holidays. You can set the default premium, choose the official holiday calendar, turn individual holidays on or off, and add custom company-specific holidays.

Step 1: Open the More tab

From the home screen, tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Go to Account Settings

On the More screen, select Account Settings.

Step 3: Open Premium Pay

In Account Settings, tap Premium Pay.

Step 4: Open Holiday Pay

In Premium Pay, tap Edit on the Holiday Premium card.

Step 5: Review the default premium amount

Tap Default Premium to set the amount or percentage ShiftFlow applies whenever an enabled holiday is worked.

Step 6: Choose the official holiday calendar

Tap Country and choose the holiday calendar that matches your business.

Step 7: Turn individual holidays on or off

Each official holiday has its own toggle, so you can keep only the ones your business pays at a premium rate.

Step 8: Add custom holidays

If your business pays a premium for special company dates or local observances, tap Add Custom Holiday and create those entries here too.

Step 9: Save your changes

Tap Save to apply the new holiday premium settings. Use Reset if you want to discard the changes you made on this screen.
