How to Track Expenses

ShiftFlow lets you attach expenses to work as it happens. Team members can add an expense from the active shift screen, then managers can review, edit, or export those records later.

Step 1: Open More Actions while clocked in

From the active shift screen, open More Actions and tap Add Expenses.
