How to Transfer Account Ownership

Transferring account ownership allows you to designate a new account owner who will have full administrative control over your ShiftFlow account. This is useful when you initially created the account and later want to transfer it to the actual business owner, or when you’re transferring the business to someone else. Only the current account owner can initiate the transfer—team members and managers cannot perform this action.
Step 1: Navigate to the More tab
Open the ShiftFlow mobile app and tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Open Account Settings
On the More screen, tap Account Settings under the Business Operations section.
Step 3: Locate Transfer Account Ownership
Scroll down and tap Transfer Account Ownership.

Step 4: Complete the transfer
In the transfer screen, you’ll be prompted to select the new owner from your team members list. Only active team members can be selected. After the transfer is complete, you will remain on the team as a regular team member. The new owner can elect to deactivate you.
