How to Use Notes Manager
Notes Manager brings shift notes together so Managers do not need to open every Timesheet entry separately. Notes remain attached to the underlying Shift.
Step 1: Open Notes Manager
Open More → Notes Manager. Use the available date or search controls to narrow the list.

Step 2: Review a note
Each entry identifies the team member, related work, date, note text, and whether photos are attached. Tap an entry to open its associated record.

Use the underlying Shift to confirm clock times, Job Code, Work Site, and other context. Notes do not change recorded hours on their own.
Add or edit a note
From an active or completed Shift, open the Notes action, enter the note, add supported photos, then tap Save.

When editing, review existing attachments before removing or replacing them. Leaving with unsaved changes can discard the new text or images.
Good note practices
- State what happened and when; avoid payroll conclusions the note cannot prove.
- Do not store passwords, payment card data, medical details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
- Attach only relevant business photos.
- Correct the Shift itself when time, breaks, Job Codes, or Work Sites are wrong.
Notes Manager is an operational review tool, not a chat channel. Use Team Chat for conversations that are not part of a Shift record.
