How to View a Team Member's Shifts, Time Off, and Pay History

The team member Profile links account-level information to the person’s Shift, Time Off, and Pay Rate records. Access depends on your Manager or Admin permissions.

Step 1: Open the team member

Tap More → Team Members & Pay Rates, then select the person.

Pay access is sensitive. Share it only with roles authorized by the business. Changing a rate can affect new estimates and recalculations; verify effective context before payroll.

Keep records separate

Deactivating a team member removes access but preserves these historical records. Editing the Profile name or role does not delete their past Shifts or Time Off.
