How Managers Review Time Correction Requests
Team members submit time corrections when a completed shift has the wrong time. Managers decide whether the requested values should replace the original shift and timesheet record.
Step 1: Open Time Correction Requests
On the manager home screen, tap Time Correction in Request Center.
You can also use More → Shift Update Requests.
Step 2: Choose a request
The list identifies Edit requests for an existing shift and New requests for time that was not recorded as a shift. Open the request you want to review.

Step 3: Compare the request with the original
Review the team member, shift date, original values, requested values, and request message. For an Edit request, verify both clock-in and clock-out values and any effect on breaks, Job Codes, or paid hours.

Step 4: Approve or reject
Tap Approve to apply the requested time to the shift and timesheet. Tap Reject to leave the original record unchanged.

Important behaviors
- A team member can cancel a pending request before review; it may disappear from the current list after refresh.
- Editing the underlying shift while a correction is pending automatically rejects that request. Review the request first unless the shift needs a different correction.
- Approving a request changes payroll-facing time. Confirm the correct pay period before marking that period Paid.
