How to Manage Job Code Access, Pay, and Work Sites
Job Code settings affect time-clock choices, estimated pay, reporting, and location selection. Review existing shifts before changing a Job Code used by the team.
Step 1: Open the Job Code
Tap More → Account Settings → Job Code Center, then select a Job Code.

The overview shows current performance and team usage. Tap Edit to change configuration.

Step 2: Set estimated revenue and default pay
Enable Estimated Revenue when the Job Code has a target amount used for performance calculations. Enable Default Pay Rate only when this job should supply a rate for team members who do not have a more specific applicable rate.
Job Code Settings
Choose Hourly or Flat Rate carefully. Existing payroll-facing records keep their saved shift values, while new or recalculated estimates use the current applicable configuration.
Step 3: Set team-member access
Choose which team members may select the Job Code. Restricted team members do not see it during Clock In or Switch Job. Managers can still see historical time recorded before access changed.
Do not remove access while someone is actively working that Job Code. Have the person switch jobs or clock out first.
Step 4: Link a Work Site
Select the Work Site that belongs to the job. A Work Site already assigned where only one link is allowed may appear unavailable until it is removed from the other Job Code.
The Work Site link can affect clock-in selection and geofence validation. Confirm its map pin and radius before enforcing location.
Step 5: Save and test
Tap Confirm, then test with an allowed team member. Verify the Job Code, Cost Code step, Work Site, and pay estimate shown by the intended flow.
