How to Find Past Shifts and Shift History

Past Shifts show completed work for the active account. A Shift’s history helps explain later edits without changing the current saved values.

Step 1: Open My Past Shifts

Open More → My Past Shifts.

Use the available date range or list controls to find the Shift. Confirm you are in the correct business account when you belong to more than one team.

Step 2: Open the Shift

Select the record and review clock-in and clock-out, breaks, Job Codes, Cost Codes, Work Site, notes, photos, expenses, and extra fields that apply.

Step 3: Read Shift History

The activity timeline can show time-clock events and later Manager changes.

The current Shift values are used by the Timesheet. History identifies prior actions; it does not restore an earlier version automatically.

If something is wrong

A team member can submit a Time Correction when the account allows the workflow. A Manager can edit the worked Shift directly. Do not create a duplicate Shift to fix an existing record.

See How to Request a Time Correction or How to Create, Edit, and Delete a Shift.
