Where is the shipment data stored?
The current draft is stored in this browser. ShiftFlow does not receive the recipient, order, tracking, or item details you enter.
Does this tool update inventory or carrier tracking?
No. It creates a recipient-facing document only. Inventory, fulfilment status, and carrier tracking must be updated in the systems you use.
Does a delivery note normally show prices?
Usually it does not need to. This generator intentionally omits prices so warehouse and receiving teams can check quantities without seeing commercial terms.
Can I record a partial delivery?
Yes. Enter the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered now. The outstanding quantity is calculated for every line.
Can I use this as a delivery note template or delivery receipt?
Yes. The delivery note template records the sender, recipient, order reference, delivered quantities, outstanding items, transport details, and acknowledgement. A signed or acknowledged copy may also serve as a delivery receipt, subject to the process your business uses.
