Close the visit without hiding unfinished work

A useful completion report gives the customer a concise record of what happened on site. It distinguishes fully completed work from a partial or unsuccessful visit, records evidence, and makes the next action visible before the team member leaves.

Best for: Field service technicians, contractors, service managers, and property maintenance teams closing out customer visits.

The tool works on a phone, resizes completion photos in the browser, saves the current draft locally, and downloads without an account or watermark.

What the completion report includes

  • Completed, partially completed, or unable-to-complete status
  • Customer, service address, team member, job reference, and visit times
  • Work completed, materials used, outstanding work, and return visit
  • Up to four resized photos and carefully scoped customer acknowledgement

  4. Add evidence and acknowledgement. Add completion photos and optionally record the customer name, acknowledgement, and signature.
  5. Review and download. Check the customer-facing preview and download or print the PDF report.

What if the job is only partially completed?

Choose Partially completed, describe what was finished, then state what remains, why it remains, who owns the next action, and whether a return visit has been scheduled.

Can I use this as a job completion form or service completion report?
